Description:
The Espoo parish association is acquiring camp center services for parish ski school camps for the period 1.1.2025-31.12.2026 (and possible option years 2027 and 2028).
The camp site to be acquired offers Ripple campers, in addition to accommodation, full board, teaching or group work facilities, sauna facilitiesden, a comfortable and safe environment and, if necessary, a flexible framework for various camp programs, such as devotionals. There must be a skiing center near the campsite.
Travel time from the center of Espoo by chartered bus may take no more than about 12 hours.
In addition to costs in procurement, there arealso important are the quality factors of the destination, the opportunity to have your own peace in the camp center, the availability and adequacy of group work spaces, and the provision of an outdoor exercise area. Consideration of environmental factors and social responsibility in operations are also important in terms of procurement.
