Description:
Renovation of the ventilation part of Kappelimäki Senior School. Implementation as a total contract, where the main contractor (ventilation contractor) includes the project's construction work, ventilation work, plumbing work, automation work and electrical work, the attached documents according to. The schedule and working time of the project is unusual: the work must start on June 1, 2026 and be completed on August 31, 2027. The works are carried out while the school is in use. In internal jobs, working hours are mainly official school holidays and calendar days off. Outside work can be carried out throughout the construction work. The phasing of the installation work has been taken into account in the plans, and the planners must be involved in planning the schedule.
