- The object of the procurement is a complete contract, which includes cooling (not heating) air heat pumps (hereafter "product" or "device") in place, tested and installed in working order at the following locations indicated by the customer: - KÀpymetsÀ kindergarten, RajajÀÀkÀrinkatu 5, 96100 Rovaniemi - Napapiirin daycare center, Kairankuja 4, 96900 Rovaniemi - Poropolu daycare center, Poropolku 8, 96400 Rovaniemi - VÀinÀmöinen daycare center, PerÀhuhdantie1, 96300 Rovaniemi The quantities, placements, technical data and the colors are indicated in the floor plans. The offer must include all necessary equipment and related accessories, installation and commissioning. The contents of the delivery and the offered price also include - hauling - transfers - personal lifts required by storage-installation work-on-site operation instruction, in which the property's users and the property manager participate. The customer takes care of the power supplies for the outdoor units and the pictures marked condensate drains outside (110 mm) and marked accompanying cables. The work is done during the building's normal operating hours (daycare activities), when the contractor's resources are committed to work planning and pacing. The jobs will come start no later than April 1, 2026. The contract must be completed and handed over to the customer no later than May 31, 2026.
