Description:
The object of the procurement is the apartment renovation of properties located in Helsinki's Vuosaari as a fixed-price total contract, including all HVAC work in addition to construction technical work.
The subject of the housing repair is a residential property owned by Helsinki City Housing Authority Oy (HASO), which is located On plots 54123/3 and 54123/8 of the City of Helsinki (Iiluodontie 6-8, 00980 Helsinki).
The estimated start date of the work is 1 April 2026 and the entire object must be completed and received by 18 December 2026.
The procurement is not divided into parts, as the multi-supplier model would produce an inappropriate set of contracts in terms of schedule management and work coordination.
RENOVATION PROJECT INFORMATION
- The site was completed in 1994
- There are 3 residential buildings on the site, which are 3-7 floors.
- a total of 120 right-of-occupancy apartments (7,202 sq.m.)
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OVERHAUL
-Renovation of the buildings will be carried out at one stage.
The apartment repairs are meant to include the renewal of kitchen furniture and appliances in all apartments, and other fixed furniture renewal, renewal of water fixtures, renewal of floor surfaces in dry areas of apartments and renewal of sockets and light switches. In addition new bituminous rubber cream will be installed on the water roofs, the conditions of the subfloors will be improved. Playground equipment is repaired/renewed. The elevators are being renovated.
