Description:
The object of the procurement is the apartment renovation of properties located in Helsinki's Vuosaari as a fixed-price total contract, including all HVAC work in addition to construction technical work.
The subject of the housing repair is a residential property owned by Helsinki City Housing Authority Oy (HASO), which is located Helsinki city plot 47322/2 (Laakavuorentie 14, 00970 Helsinki).
The estimated start date of the work is 4 May 2026 and the entire object must be ready and received by 18 December 2026.
The procurement is not divided into parts, as the multi-supplier model would produce an inappropriate set of contracts in terms of schedule management and work coordination.
RENOVATION PROJECT INFORMATION
- The site was completed in 1994
- There are 2 residential buildings on the site, which are 7 floors.
- a total of 53 right-of-occupancy apartments (3,400 asm2)
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OVERHAUL
-Renovation of the buildings will be carried out at one stage.
The apartment repairs are meant to include the renewal of kitchen furniture and household appliances in all apartments, and other fixed furniture renewal, renewal of water fixtures, renewal of floor surfaces in dry areas of apartments and renewal of sockets and light switches. In addition a new bituminous rubber cream will be installed on the water roofs. Renovation measures regarding the balconies and facade. Playground equipment is repaired/renewed.
Residents will live in the apartments during the repair work. The resident has the opportunity to make material choices for fixed furniture and floor material out of three on smears...
