• This is a contract procurement that exceeds the national threshold value. Oulu's Tilapalvelut business institution (hereinafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the Hönttämäki school and daycare facility renovation 2026 overall contract for this procurement notice/request for tender and its in accordance with the attachments/procurement documents. Hönttämäen school and daycare center (Ruotukuja 1, 90630 Oulu) is a one-story building whose kitchen and dining room spaces are undergoing room and partition changes, building technical installations and surface renewal. In terms of HVAC technology, among other things, the kitchen equipment, hoods and terminal equipment will be renewed and technical connections will be made in their places according to the new kitchen furniture and equipment placement. Outside the kitchen, current systems are mainly used by joining them. In terms of electrical work, lighting, kitchen equipment and the canteen's distribution line will be renewed, among other things. The current refrigerator in the kitchen will be kept and in addition, a new element freezer will be added to the kitchen. The contract includes the installation of the entire system and deployment. The area of ​​the change area is 144 km2. Remodeling works do not require a building permit, but a building permit (564-2026-72) has been applied for and granted for the shoe repair of the outer wall of the kitchen and dining room in connection with the remodeling work.
