- This is a contract procurement that exceeds the national threshold value. Oulun Tilapalvelut liikelaitos (hereafter also the "customer") requests your offer for the Pateniemi middle school's facility change 2026 overall contract for this procurement notice/request for tender and its in accordance with the attachments/procurement documents. Pateniemi middle school (Sahantie 2, Oulu) is a two-story building, the kitchen and dining room spaces on the first floor are being renovated, building technical installations, surfaces and kitchen appliances are being renewed. The area of the change area according to the plans is 172 km2. In addition, a new box storage will be built outside the existing waste shed and near the front door of the kitchen (unheated space, surface area 10 km2). Space changes or new box storage are not required building permit. The site is implemented as a complete contract, even if it is stated otherwise in some of the plans or documents attached to the request for tender. The works can be started at the destination on Monday, June 1, 2026, if the procurement decision is legally binding and the contract can be signed. Regarding the changes to the kitchen and dining room, all work must be ready by Friday, August 7, 2026, because school work starts week 33/2026 and food service must be in operation by then. The yard's new box warehouse is coming be ready and received by Wednesday 30 September 2026, when the item will be accepted in its entirety.
