• Description:
• The city of Mikkeli makes use of the advertising spaces it owns, which are located in different parts of the city, mostly near the city center. With this competition, we are looking for an operator who will manage these advertising spots for the duration of the contract. The city uses advertising spots mainly for their own marketing and communication. The whole includes printing the surfaces on the specified materials, changing the surfaces in the agreed schedule as well as storing and disposing of the materials and advertising spaces maintenance measures. The priority areas of the advertising and communication content/content of the items are defined by the customer. Travel expenses from the office to the customer/items and back must be included in the bid price. Some of the procurement items include features similar to the license agreement, where the service provider can sell advertising space and time for his own account, when the subscriber has no use for the item in question. However, the price level of the sale must be approved by the customer.
