Description:
The project includes the completion of the work on the Riemioe multi-use route of the Seikkaillen Saimaale investment project, which is part-financed by the European Union and implemented by the municipality of Juva. Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy acts as the developer and Juva municipality as the client. The project will be implemented as a total contract. The destination has been prepared preliminary route plan (attached) and trails have been partially cleared, but require significant improvement. The tenderer must provide his own presentation of the route with reasons as an attachment to the tender. The route is located on land owned by the municipality of Juva. Current route alignments, forest roads and other path grooves can be used in the performance. The route consists of a multi-use trail suitable for mountain biking and trail running/walking (separate, close paths for cyclists and pedestrians). The length of the route should be 10 - 15 km. The area is mainly dry or dry fabric terrain and mixed forest, so it is necessary to try to align the paths in areas with a dry bottom, thus minimizing the need for earthworks. The implementation includes marking the route alignments on the terrain with clear and sufficiently sized terrain markings (the recommendation is that you can see from the mark to the next mark without obstruction), clearing works of route ruts and their surroundings, as well as terrain and construction works.
