• Kiljavan Sairaala Oy is the owner of the Kiljava hospital property located in Nurmijärvi. The rehabilitation center of the Central Uusimaa welfare area operates at the hospital. In addition, the property includes separate residential buildings, one of which is regularly used small apartment building (8 apartments). OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is total property maintenance services. The overall services of Kiinteistöhuolto consist of the following entities:- Property manager and expert work- General tasks of Kiinteistöhuolto- Real estate technical supervision and on-call service - Management and maintenance of the heating center, as well as cooperation with the heat supplier. - Snow and sandblasting - Maintenance of outdoor areas - Ordered additional property maintenance work within the monthly budget - Main tenant separately ordered works Kiljavan Saiara does not have its own personnel working in property maintenance. The procurement is described in more detail in the tender request and its attachments. The object of the procurement is described in particular in appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement". Competition based on this, one (1) supplier will be selected. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is three (3) years. It is possible for the procurement unit to extend the contract with two (2) option periods of a maximum of one (1) year. See also as Annex A to the request for tenders clause 4 of the contract "Contract period". PROCUREMENT SCOPE The estimated value of the procurement is 1,650,000 euros (VAT 0%). The anticipated value of the acquisition consists of total property maintenance services, as well as possible orders to be ordered during the contract period...
