Description:
The object of the acquisition is a complete solution for operational and financial planning and reporting as a SaaS service (later also a complete solution), a complete solution delivery project, support and maintenance during production, further development of the complete solution and the necessary expert services. Delivery project includes the necessary parts of data migration from the current system as well as automated integrations and data transfers to the source and target systems.
The options are the introduction of project management functions, the visualization of data and key figures reporting, and the fact that the overall solution is taken for use in Palkei's customer organizations after the entire solution has been transferred to production at Palkei.
The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders and its appendices, especially in Appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement" and Appendix 3 "Requirements".
The deal is valid for a limited period of three (3) years, after which it continues to be valid for an indefinite period. See also point 4 of the contract in Annex A of the request for tenders.
