Description:
The City of Espoo (later also the Client) requests an offer for repairs, maintenance, renewals, installations, and statutory inspections of pressure equipment, compressed air compressors and hydraulic equipment owned or controlled by the City of Espoo, as well as fire alarm and extinguishing lawregarding the statutory commissioning and periodical inspections of the installations and the operation supervision of the registered pressure equipment.
Procurement is divided into six areas:
1. Repairs, maintenance, renewals and installations of pressure equipment and compressed air compressors
2. Repair of bite removal equipmentet, maintenance, renewals and installations
3. Repairs, maintenance, renewals and installations of hydraulic equipment
4. Statutory commissioning and periodical inspections of pressure equipment and compressed air compressors
5. Statutory operational control of pressure equipment and compressed air compressors
6. Pastatutory start-up and periodical inspections of generator and extinguishing equipment
One (1) service provider and one (1) backup supplier are selected for each sub-area.
If the bidder submits a bid for sections 1, 2, 3 or 5, he can only submit a bid for one section. If tif the bidder submits a bid for subdivision 4 or 6, he may also submit a bid for one of these subdivisions (subdivisions 4 and 6).
However, if the bidder submits an offer for more than the permitted number of sub-areas, the offer will be taken into account in the numerical order of the sub-areas.
