Computerized tomography device described in Appendix 1 and any device-related supplies and maintenance required for use as defined below in this request for tender and its appendices. The location of the device is the procedural radiology unit of Turku University Central Hospitaloe.
Purchasing unit:
Varsinais-Suomen welfare area (Varha). The procurement decision is made with the powers in accordance with Varha's operational rules valid at the time of the procurement decision.for. The supplier then undertakes to provide maintenance and spare parts for at least 10 years.
Applicable legislation:
In the procurement, the law on public procurement and right-of-use agreements (29.12.2016/1397, later in this call for tenders and its appendices the procurement law)
