Description:
The object of the dynamic procurement system (DPS) is computers for office use (e.g. workstations), mobile use (e.g. tablets, laptops), monitors and other accessories, as well as product-related services for Hansel Oy's customers according to this request for participation and its appendicesdamn it.
The object of DPS is divided into two (2) mutually independent categories (subareas): 1. Computers of multiple device type brands and 2. Device type-independent computers.
The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
All interested candidates canrequests the right to participate in the dynamic procurement system for the entire duration of the dynamic procurement system. There is no limit to the number of candidates accepted for DPS.
A candidate can apply for one or both categories of DPS. Hansel accepts DPS for each category all candidates who meetmeet the eligibility requirements for that class. A candidate will not be admitted to DPS if the candidate has committed or the person exercising the power of representation, decision or supervision has committed one of the crimes referred to in Section 80 of the Procurement Act (mandatory grounds for exclusion). You can go to DPSa candidate who is subject to the discretionary exclusion criteria referred to in § 81 of the Procurement Act will not be accepted.
DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is interrupted (see appendix 2 Agreement on participation in the dynamic procurement system).
