The goal of the acquisition is to strengthen the area's SMEs internationalization capabilities and commercial know-how as part of development project measures. The task of the expert is to:• help the Customer (the city of Kalajoki) to choose the top products of the arctic coastal region• ensure, in cooperation with service providers, that the following details are drawn up for each top product: o product card o selling product description o product-specific profitability calculation o sustainable pricing that takes into account distribution channels o operational script• ensures that the service provider has appropriate insurances and that a safety plan exists or that it is being drawn up is in progress.
