- Jokilaaksoje koulutuskuntayhtyk is tendering for the concrete for the foundations of the residential building and garage, which will be done as student work at Nivala's office. Content and scope of the task: The types, delivery method and quantities of concrete are as follows:- the strength class of the concrete is C30/37- The maximum grain size of the concrete is 16 mm. - The stress classes of concrete are XC3 and XF1.- The estimated total amount of concrete mass is about 17 m3. - Transport of concrete to the destination.- Pumping of concrete to the destination. Implementation schedule Implementation of concreting work is done in two parts. The tentative delivery time is week 20-22/2026. Delivery times will be agreed in more detail when placing orders. The offer must be submitted at the unit price (€/m3). The offer must include concrete, transportation, service time, pumping, heating of the core material, the invoiced unit prices for the environmental surcharge etc. The price must be without value added tax (VAT 0%). Payment term 14 days net. Overtime interest 11%.
