• Condition assessments, humidity and indoor air technical condition tests, harmful substance tests The purpose of the procurement is to create a framework arrangement for investigation, research and special design tasks related to the condition of real estate, which subscribers can use to purchase high-quality and cost-effective expert services for real estate. The contract period is supposed to start on July 1, 2026 and end on June 30, 2027, in addition, the contract can be extended for a maximum of three (1+1+1) year-long option periods. The procured service can includes reports and studies related to structures and indoor air, building technology studies and harmful substance studies as well as other planning and expert tasks. Procurement may include indoor air conditioning related to renovation and new construction condition surveys, indoor air and structure surveys, preparation of condition assessments, sampling, building technology surveys, harmful substance surveys, moisture damage repair planning, preparing a repair cost estimate, a long-term maintenance plan (PTS) preparation, RTA expert supervision tasks in repair and new projects, and other expert tasks in the scope and schedule determined by the customer. In addition, the service covers the following analyses: - Asbestos with an electron microscope - Asbestos with a polarizing microscope - PAH(16) - PCB(7)+lead - Heavy metals (Sb, As, Hg, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Pb, Mo, Ni, Zn, Ti, V) - Usability and landfill suitability of concrete The tenderer must commit to the acceptance of possible assignments...
