Description:
The city of Haemeenlinna (hereinafter also the procurement unit / customer) requests your offer for the condition monitoring system and the condition and energy control service in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices.e, that the subscriber does not commit to purchase the system or the service for all properties (objects). The customer may start with a small number of properties, and if the price is competitive and the system and service are functional, the number of properties may be gradually increased.
Procurementthe unit emphasizes that the goal is a long contract period and that the service provider's own actions play a decisive role in how long the contract period lasts.
The procurement unit has the right to check the information provided by the bidder in its tender documents before making a procurement decision. If givent the information is not correct, the offer will be excluded from the tender. The estimated value of the procurement is not binding on the procurement unit. Thus, the final value may be lower or higher.
The procuring unit doesorders when the procurement need arises and within the limits of their budget. The procurement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the procuring entity.
