• Description:
• The object of the procurement is a year-round ferry service for the Parainen ferry route. The connecting vessel traffic service must cover the connecting vessel traffic of the route area in accordance with the service description. The service includes, among other things, those necessary for traffic acquiring ships, managing daily traffic in accordance with the defined service level, communicating with customers, receiving and processing customer feedback, and small-scale management of state-owned connection piers. The service provider is responsible for the service level implementation based on the quality responsibility principle. The requirements regarding the ships used in the traffic, the service levels of the route areas and other quality requirements of the service are presented in the procurement documents.
