Description:
The object of the procurement is a year-round ferry service for the Parainen ferry route.
The service includes, among other things, the acquisition of ships needed for traffic, daily traffic treatment according to the specified service level, communication to customers, reception and processing of customer feedback, and small-scale maintenance of state-owned connection piers. The service provider is responsible for the realization of the service level based on the quality responsibility principle.
Applies to vessels used in traffic requirements, service levels of route areas and other quality requirements of the service are presented in the procurement documents.

The object of the procurement is a year-round ferry service for the Parainen ferry route.
The connecting vessel traffic service must cover the route area connecting ship traffic according to the service description. The service includes, among other things, the acquisition of ships needed for operations, management of daily traffic in accordance with the defined service level, communication to customers, reception and processing of customer feedback, and connection to state-owned piers small scale treatment. The service provider is responsible for the realization of the service level based on the quality responsibility principle.
