Description:
The City of Kouvola is seeking a construction expert for the construction and contract specialist for the construction of the new multi-purpose arena of Kouvola. In the assignment, the project management and construction task list shall apply to HJR 18, RT10 - 11284 for the preparation of design and construction. The destination is to be implemented as a KVR project, which before submitting a final contract offer is the developmental phase of the development (tentatively 3-5) contractors. The preliminary schedule of the assignment is as follows: Consulting and Planning Agreements 08 -09/2025 KVR Compilation of tendering documents 09-10/2025 KVR contract tendering 12/2025-01/2026 (EU project) Contractor Selection for Development 02/2026 Developmental 03/2026 Leave Quotation request and the selection of the contractor 04/2026 schedule will be clarified jointly. The customer's goal is for the development phase of the item to start in early 2026. Preliminary passage: Contractors are selected for negotiation according to quality and preliminary offer. At that point, the content of the offers will ensure and develop, after which the final offers will be obtained for the three, and the construction site must be preliminary and can be commissioned 12/2027.
