Description:
The acquisition includes a joint procurement of the construction and maintenance of electricity and outdoor light networks in Kuopion Sahkoeverkko Oy and the City of Kuopio. Subscribers make their own separate contracts for the contract period, which covers the date of 1.4.2026 - 31.12.2028. After that contracts continue with the same conditionsindefinitely in force at one (1) year notice. The subscriber and the supplier agree on the extension of the contract at the latest nine (9) months before the end of the contract period, otherwise the agreement will expire without separate dismissal on December 31, 2028. The estimated annual value of joint acquisitionIt is approximately € 4 million, of which Kuopion Sahkoeverkko Oy is approximately € 3 million and the city of Kuopio is approximately EUR 1 million.Separation and troubleshooting
