Description:
The technical services of the city of Naantali requests your offer for the "Construction and maintenance of marinas and waterfront areas 2026, 2027 and 2028" project in accordance with the tender documents. for straightening in the locations indicated on the attached maps (fixed price) and for construction and maintenance work carried out at separately offered unit prices. The offered unit prices will be used for possible renewal of the stern piles, as well as suitable works for marinas and construction and maintenance works of coastal areas. The annual procurement amount that is the basis for the offered unit prices is based on the investments defined in the budget and separately agreed work items. Pappila-B pier is known for 2026 repair of the fixed part and painting of the railings of the Kailo bridge. Leveling and straightening of stern piles (fixed price):- The stern piles must be in accordance with the attached map. The measurement on the map means from the center of the pile to the center of the pile the total number of stern piles can be seen in the attached pictures - The costs of moving and loading equipment etc. must be included in the fixed price. - The leveling of the piles and the straightening contract must be completed for the year 2026 by May 1, 2026. For the year 2027, the contract must be completed on April 30, 2027 by. For the year 2028, the contract must be completed by April 28, 2028.
