Description:
The contract includes the construction work of the Atlanti Square artwork to the extent indicated in the contract documents. The contractor will hand over to the builder at the end of the work the installed Atlanti Square artwork. -service, which also acts as a customer in accordance with YSE 98. The form of contract is a total contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor as intended by YSE and the legislation. The contractor is responsible for the site management duties and site services that apply also the separate contracts of section 1.7 of the contract program. The works must be ready and received and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting institutions must be approved by April 22, 2026. The work will be done as a total price contract. The amounts presented in the plans are not binding on the customer. As a contractor the bidder with the most economically advantageous bid will be selected. In terms of overall economics, the most favorable is the offer that is the cheapest in terms of price among the offers that meet the requirements for the suitability of the provider set by the developer. The contractor who has a contractual relationship with the customer has the right continue to subcontract/subcontract the contract. Continuity of the procurement/contract beyond this is not possible without a particularly well-founded reason, and the client/builder's written consent must be obtained for this consent.
