• The real estate department of the Helsinki Parish Association requests your offer for the developer consulting for the renovation of the Kannelmäki church and the construction of the new parish center in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. This procurement is related to the construction project, where the old concrete-frame parish building connected to Kannelmäki Church (total area 1888 brm2, volume 6870 m m3) will be demolished and a new concrete-frame parish center will be built in its place (total area 1989 brm2). It is also done in connection with the project technical repair to the church property (total area 804 brm²). The planning of the project is already underway, and the bidding process for the main implementer/contractor is planned to be held by the summer of 2026. The start of construction work would be in autumn 2026 and the site should be ready in the spring of 2028. A more detailed description of the project and schedules, list of tasks, etc. can be found in the monitoring program and the architect's project drawings attached to the request for tender. The project has been classified by the authorities as a very demanding project now let's choose a construction consultant. The duration of the project is approximately 2 years and the duties of the developer consultant are defined in the job description and development program attached to the request for tender.
