• Description:
• This is a construction contract procurement, the main contract of a shared contract under subordination conditions, the estimated value of which exceeds the EU threshold value (Construction contracts) of €5,538,000.00 (VAT 0%) stipulated in § 26 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements 1397/2016. This the main contract includes earthworks, construction works and yard work in accordance with the tender documents. Procurement (Split contract) includes the construction of the new building part to be built in connection with the current Kiiminkipuisto school and the modification works of the existing school as well as yard renovations. The new building will be built in a school building that is a separate extension. The new part will have three (3) floors. At the same time, space changes are made in the existing building in order to implement the functions of the unified school in accordance with the objectives. With the new teaching facilities, a unified school will be formed, where elementary school children will also eat on the side of the middle school building by expanding the dining hall to the place of the current home economics classes. The school buildings are connected to each other in a corridor. The frame of the extension building has a precast concrete structure. The load-bearing structure is based on concrete pillars, delta beams and hollow slab vaults, as well as concrete walls. The exterior wall structure is typically concrete, thermal insulation and brick or wood cladding. The intermediate floors are mainly hollow slab vaults. The upper floor is a concrete vault and the water roof is a wooden lattice structure in accordance with the structural plans.
