- The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for building demolition works at a unit price in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. Works on real estate are invoiced by the hour, repair of existing real estate, maintenance and modification work. Depending on the object, the supplier or the customer is responsible for the management of the work. Tasks can be e.g. one of the following:1. Demolition work 2. Asbestos demolition work Repair and maintenance work mainly includes work in properties such as daycare centers, schools, sports buildings and other service properties maintained by the municipality, where users' activities and safe operating methods must be taken into account. Generally, the maintenance works only concern part of the building. The competition establishes a one (1) year framework arrangement, for which four (4) editors are selected. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement based on the comparison of bids in the overall economic order of preference. The customer reserves the right to form a framework arrangement, even if it meets the suitability requirements the number of offers should be less than four. The customer has the right to unilaterally extend the one (1) year limited framework agreement period by introducing a one (1) year long option (1+1). The subscriber notifies the commissioning of the option period in writing no later than 3 months before the end of the fixed-term contract period.
