Description:
The municipality of Rautjarvi is requesting bids for the construction of early childhood education facilities in the Rautjarvi station area in accordance with the plans attached to the request for bids. The municipality has decided to transfer primary education from the station school to Simpelee school. Early childhood education will be moved to the vacated premises of the school premises, when its temporary premises can be dismantled from the yard. Asemankoulu will remain a versatile activity center - an early childhood education daycare center, a center for clubs, villagers and other actors. to the related hall clothes storage facilities, teachers' rooms and auxiliary facilities, and teaching facilities OT2/letter and OT3. The change of the interior is part of the contract area 1. The goal for planning and implementation is to bring about the change with the smallest possible measures so that the current structure is utilized maximally. Additional structures and equipment are made as economically and flexibly as possible. The HVAC and RAK plans will be integrated into the overall review. The yard area of the daycare center will be fenced and equipped with gates that enable maintenance and other movement. The current kindergarten the connected playground equipment will be moved to the fenced yard area. The current entrance of the school on the side of the sports field serves as the main entrance of the established and new kindergarten.
