The building site is located in Kerava. The building site is presented with plan maps. Construction work is usually done in an unbuilt area and the location of the old ball field. The contract area is bordered to the west to the Vironmäki residential area and the nearby recreation area, in the south of Yli-Kerravantie, Pihkaniitynkatu in the East and the Vesikokko in the north. This is a new plan area that is implemented to the extent of the plan and project documents.
