Description:
The acquisition focuses on the construction of the municipality of Tuusula as a framework arrangement. The procurement is governed by the Act on Public Procurement and Access Agreements (1397/2016, "Procurement Act"). The anticipated value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold in accordance with section 26 of the Procurement Act.
The work to be ordered is mainly Maintenance or contracting for property maintained by the farm service, which, in principle, varies from a few hours to a few weeks. The jobs to be ordered include maintenance and renovation work, such as a carpenter's work, painting, carpet work, carpentry work and ceiling work. Construction work For example, schools, kindergartens, war properties, office buildings, libraries and museums apply to schools. Orders may also include supplies and other work -related purchases. The contractor acts as the main implementer of ordered work and is responsible for the safety of the site and the obligations of the Civil Liability Act and the obligation to disclose the tax authorities. The subscriber does not commit to any order or purchase amount, as the number of future jobs is unknown. Under the same agreement, procurement can be made by all sectors of the municipality.
