• We are asking for your offer for the construction of the extension of the ice rink located at Urheilutie 4 in the municipality of Säkylä. The contract includes the construction of the extension part of the ice rink in accordance with the attached documents. Säkylä municipality's share of the construction of the extension. The scope of the municipality's share (the share included in this contract) is determined as follows:- Foundations, sub-base up to the top surface of the concrete floor casting- Construction of the extension part of the ice rink completely completed from the outside with accessories and finishing works - Frame structures of the exterior walls and from there finished up to the outer surface of the wall structure (without insulation and internal boards) - Upper floor with water coverings and accessories finished to completion without upper floor insulation and materials to be attached to the underside of the rafters - Making the reservations presented in the HVAC plans for the structures implemented in this contract - Construction of concrete floors according to the plans - Installation of underfloor heating pipelines in accordance with the HVAC plans in the preparatory work phase for concrete floor casting - Construction of wastewater drainage in accordance with the HVAC plans from the jv connection well in the vicinity of Urheilutie to the inside of the building with floor wells- Salaoja- and construction of rainwater drainage as shown in the plumbing plans- Construction of yard and lawn areas until complete completion with finishing works The ice hall company provides the contractor with electricity and water.
