- Pirkanmaa's ELY Center requests offers in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. Through the competition, workforce training is acquired in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Act on Public Employment and Enterprise Services (916/2012, JTYPL).

The anticipated value of the procured service exceeds the threshold value for procurements in Annex E of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397
