Description:
The contract comprises the construction of the John Stenberg Ranta site, with all the work and purchases, in accordance with the contract documents.
The subscriber shall submit the quantity list as an attachment to the invitation to tender, but the quantities of the quantity do not bind the subscriber and the quantity list does not become part of the contract.
To work The selected contractor acts as the main contractor within the meaning of the YSE and the legislation.
The developer is the General Areas of the City of Helsinki Urban Environment, which also serves as a subscriber according to YSE 98.
The work of the contract documents should be ready and received as well as the inspections required by authorities and inspection institutions, approved
18.12.2026.
The contract is the overall contract where the contractor selected for the work is the main contractor for the main contractor within the meaning of YSE and Finnish law. The contractor is responsible for the site management responsibilities and site services.
On March 7, 2017, the YKT parties have made "a common municipal engineering site" under the name a cooperation agreement where the City of Helsinki is named "the main subscriber" and other agreements as "subscribers". In this agreement YKT parties are e.g. agreed on the designation of a joint VNA 205/2009. All the obligations of the main contractor mentioned in the commercial documents of this contract will be transferred from the "subscribers" of the UKT site.
