- The area of the residence in the construction site is currently a gravel/crushed car park. Parking and driving connection to the area will be removed. As planned, all surfaces in the area will be renewed, except for the current sidewalk of the southern edge. The area's comfort is improved by increasing the lightingand furniture, building new green areas on the edges and southern part of the area, and a grandstand and pergola raised in the center. The existing structural layers of the area will be renewed. The drying of the marketplace is improved by installing drainage systems and by designing the surface of the market, some of the stormwater is controlledrainwater garden.
