- Metsähallitus tenders the construction contract for the Kirkkoniemi light traffic bridge in Laukaa to the extent required by this request for tenders and the documents attached to it. The procurement includes all work, materials and transport costs as well installation equipment, which is required for the execution of the work. The form of the contract is a total price contract and the general contract terms of the construction contract YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660) as defined in the contract draft and the contract program are followed in the contract. The main contractor works as the main implementer of the object and is responsible for the obligations of the main implementer (YSE § 1 - § 4) e.g. about occupational safety and general site obligations. The main contractor is responsible for the necessary site services if the request for tender or the attached material does not unless otherwise stated. The scope of work, materials and scope are presented in more detail in the plan materials attached to the request for tender. The winning bidder acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The contractor responsibilities include all the responsibilities of the main contractor. The contractor must ensure that all of the contractor's occupational safety obligations related to this construction site and in particular the Government Decree on construction safety 205/2009 regulations regarding construction work safety will be complied with. The job site occupational safety document made for this work package is attached to the request for tender.
