Description:
The city of Hameenlinna is requesting bids for the construction of a fixed performance stage in Linnanpuisto. The construction of the performance stage will be carried out during the construction period of the Linnanpuisto renovation contract, and the stage construction contract will be subordinated to the main contractor of the renovation project. The construction schedule will be coordinated led by the general contractor of the renovation project. It is a design and implement (ST) contract, where the design of the performance stage is entirely up to the contractor. The planning must take into account the location of the technology (electricity supply, telecommunications connection) and the stage according to the park plans space reservation submitted for placement. As a minimum requirement, the plans must cover all plans related to setting up the stage, official permits, load-bearing structures and performance technology. The minimum technical requirements for the performance stage are presented in the tender documents. The employer appoints all responsible persons necessary for planning and construction. The contractor's performance obligation includes the design and construction of the object in accordance with the tender documents, including all work costs, fully completed in accordance with these tender documents.
