• Description:
• The construction site is the streets of the N65 site plan area of ​​Metsärinte in Sipoo municipality, Nikkilä municipality (between Martinkyläntie, water tower interchange-Nikkiläntie, Kokkomäki, Metsänrinne, pitakatu 1-4), pedestrian and cycling routes (between Metsänrinne-Kokkomäki), the construction of the Kokkokallio parkway, two stormwater basins and water supply lines, as well as the drainage of the LP area. This is the new construction of streets, parks and water supply lines, and the partial reconstruction of an existing street supplementary construction. The work area also includes work on intersecting and connecting streets to the extent required to connect the structures. Martinkyläntie is a former state highway, which has become a Sipoo municipality street. Metsänrinne is the current one, with a gravel surface plot street, along which there is the current connection parking area. In other respects, the planning area is currently mainly rocky forest and field. The form of contract is a total price contract. The contractor is the main contractor as defined by YSE and as defined by the legislation the main contractor, who has the obligations according to § 1-4 of YSE. The builder is the municipality of Sipoo, which also acts as a customer according to YSE 98. The basis of payment is a fixed total price determined on the basis of the contract offer. Payments are made to the contract based on the attached payment installment table, when the developer's representative has approved the installments as eligible for payment. The contractor can assign part of the work to subcontractors approved by the customer. The customer accepts the presented subcontractors.
