• Description:
• The construction project includes the construction of Tervastie and Jk+Pp lane, Tervaskannottie and Jk+Pp lane, Tervapääskyntie, Tervaskuja and Ruskilantie, with water supply, drainage and environmental works, etc. in accordance with the attached documents and plans to a completely finished condition, excluding the asphalt pavement of the streets. Street lighting will be built on the streets, and the fitness track and its lighting will be partially moved to the new alignment presented in the plan. In the contract only the slips on the old existing Ruslikantie and Tervasmäentie will be asphalted. Plans have been drawn up for the entire Tervasmäki site plan area, but they must be taken into account in those parts that are necessary for the implementation of the contract according to the contract limitation. The work must start on April 27, 2026 and the work must be done continuously. The works must be completed to approval no later than 29 November 2026. In addition, Lammaisten Energia Oy, and possibly the telecom operators will simultaneously do or commission excavation and installation work in the contract area. The obligation to coordinate the works also applies to such works. During construction construction site traffic must take place via Tervasmäentie.
