- The municipality of Sodankyla will ask for a unit price for your contract offer for building Orajarventie lighting. Future lighting is a continuation of the lighting managed by the ELY Center. The contractor is responsible for the necessary work-related permits. The subscriber is responsible for the lighting permit. The contract will to be complete on 15.9.2025. The offer must be based on the attached plan documents. The contract must include all the costs required for the finished work. The cheapest total price is used as the benchmark. The contractor must attach a statement to his offer the compliance of its obligations under the Subscriber Liability Act (Subscriber Report) and a list of references with at least three similar locations of a similar-size contract for the last five years. The subscriber reserves the right to suspend Acquisition if the price is too expensive in relation to the appropriations available.
