Description:
The city of Turku's Urban construction and facilities service entity, Infrapalvelut, requests your offer for the construction of the Puolalanmäki theme playground. The entity to be acquired the ceiling price is EUR 280,000.00 (VAT 0%). In the competition, the overall economic affordability is used as the selection criterion, which is based on the best quality (reverse competition). The bidder with the highest score for quality and price will be selected as a contractor. Based on the competition, one (1) contractor will be selected. In the quality comparison, the entire playground will be evaluated. In the quality comparison, the maximum score is 80 points. The quality comparison is carried out by the Children's Council. Children's council evaluation of offers and scoring is described in the appendix to this request for tender "Poolalanmäki theme playground scoring" The tender must include the demolition of the old playground and the construction of a new theme playground as a whole. The provider prepares implementation plans for the customer according to the set project criteria. The playground fence will not be dismantled.
