- Description:
- The city of Kerava tenders the expert services of construction and supervision works as a framework arrangement. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas: Sub-area 1: Construction tasks Sub-area 2: Supervision of construction works Sub-area 3: Supervision of HVAC works Sub-area 4: Supervisor of electrical works In the procurement, a framework arrangement will be established, to which a maximum of 3 suppliers who have made the most economically advantageous offer per sub-area will be selected. Bidders are prioritized based on the lowest price. If bids if the comparison results in a tie or the prices of the offers are the same, the winner will be decided by drawing. The draw is carried out by the customer in such a way that the name of each bidder is written on a similar slip, which is folded and placed in a closed to the raffle bowl. One ticket is drawn from the bowl impartially in the presence of two people. A protocol will be prepared for the draw. Making parallel offers is prohibited. If the bidder makes parallel bids, it will be taken into account in the bid comparison only the latest received offer.
