• The procurement services of the city of Tampere are tendering for the framework arrangement for the construction services of lighting, telecommunications, traffic lights and electricity for streets and public areas for the period 1.3.2026-28.2.2028, on behalf of the city of Tampere's urban environment service area and Tampereen Infra Oy, which can be extended for a two-year option period. Tampereen Infra Oy has the right to use the framework arrangement as mentioned in the draft contract. The terms and operations of the framework arrangement are described in more detail in the draft agreement. In addition, the request for tender includes separate contract sites (stated below), which are in Tampere the city's contract sites, and for which separate contract documents with contract programs have been prepared as an attachment to the request for tenders.
  The tenderer must submit a tender for all areas.
  Based on the contracts below, suppliers will be selected for street and public area lighting, for the framework arrangement of telecommunication, traffic light and electrical construction services. For the framework arrangement, 4 bidders who have submitted the most economical offer in terms of price-quality ratio will be selected in the call for tenders. The supplier selection of the framework arrangement is based on the overall economic benefit, to the contract-specific price and quality comparison criteria. The comparison criteria will appear in more detail later. The bidder who submits the most economical offer in terms of price-quality ratio will also be selected as a contractor for the separate contracts below.
