• The City of Tampere's procurement service tenders for street and public area lighting, telecommunications, traffic light and electricity construction services on behalf of the City of Tampere's urban environment service area and Tampereen Infra Oy. framework arrangement for the period 1 March 2026-28 February 2028, which can be extended with a two-year option period. Tampereen Infra Oy has the right to use the framework arrangement as mentioned in the draft contract. The terms and operations of the framework arrangement are described in more detail in the draft agreement. In addition, the request for tender contains separate contract sites (stated below), which are contract sites of the city of Tampere, and for which separate contract documents with contract programs have been prepared as an appendix to the request for tender. Partial offers are not allowed. The bidder will come leave a bid for all areas. Based on the contracts below, suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement of street and public area lighting, telecommunication, traffic light and electrical construction services. 4 are selected for the framework arrangement in the request for tenders, the tenderer who submitted the most economical offer in terms of price-quality ratio. The supplier selection of the framework arrangement is based on overall economic affordability, price and quality comparison criteria set for each contract. The comparison criteria will appear in more detail later.
