- The municipality of Suomussalmi is building a equipment storage room for the fire station in Ammansaari in Suomussalmi. The project includes the demolition and new construction of the old fleet storage. As a contract form, the project has a divided contract, which is divided into the following parts:- Building contract (main contract)- HVAC-contractElectrical contracts include building technology, LVA technical work and electrical engineering work. The construction contractor acts as the main implementer of the site, the HVAC and electrical contracts are sub-contracted by the construction contract.And AU contracts are offered as one LVVA contract.
