• North Karelia's procurement agency is requesting your bid for the contract for urban construction services of the city of Joensuu in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices for the street construction contract for the construction site mentioned below. The contract includes Väinämöisenkatu and Lemminkäinenkatu street and municipal technical construction works in the scope presented in the plan and contract documents. The works are carried out in accordance with InfraRYL requirements and project-specific documents. the construction of structural layers and the implementation of pavement and surface structures in accordance with the requirements of street classes 5 and 6. In terms of municipal engineering, the contract includes the renewal of water pipes and new stormwater drainage and drainage structures construction.
