Description:
The technical industry of the city of Pori is building the Vainiolehdonpuisto playground. The future park area will be equipped with a playground and, in addition, walkways, a playground, a pétanque court and vegetated areas according to the plan. The contract includes in accordance with the contract documents, the construction of the park with playgrounds is fully completed, including e.g. land construction, structures, playground equipment, equipment, furniture, coatings, lighting, growing media, roofs, vegetation to be planted, both work and materials and also the customer's purchases. The detailed plans are presented in the appendices of the request for tenders. The construction measures and their planning must take into account the sulfate and sulphide soils present in the soil throughout the plan area and their due to the acidifying effect. When building in the area, the oxidation of sulphide-rich soil must be minimized. The contractor is obliged to follow the instructions for handling acidic sulfate soils in the Tuulikylä and Ruosniemi site plan area. The planting work must to be completely ready and received on 15.11.2026. The 2-year warranty period starts the day after the reception inspection and ends on 15.11.2028.
