Description:
The city of Kotka (procurement unit, customer) requests bids for construction works at unit prices in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. Works on real estate are invoiced as hourly work, repair and maintenance of existing real estate modification works. Depending on the object, the supplier or the customer is responsible for the management of the work. Tasks can be e.g. one of the following:1. Construction works (RM)2. Carpenter's work (RAM)3. Construction support work and construction site cleaning Repair and maintenance work mainly includes work in properties such as daycare centers, schools, sports buildings and other service properties maintained by the municipality, where users' actions and safe operating methods must be taken into account. Usually, the maintenance works only concern part of the building. The competition establishes one (1) a year-long framework arrangement for which four (4) suppliers are selected. Suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement based on the comparison of bids in the overall economic order of preference. The subscriber reserves the right to form a framework arrangement, even if there are fewer than four offers that meet the suitability requirements. The customer has the right to unilaterally extend the one (1) year limited framework contract period by implementing a one (1) year long option (1+1). Subscriber informs from the introduction of the option period in writing no later than 3 months before the end of the fixed-term contract period.
