The Aland Landscape Government has started a change project with the aim of modernizing, digitizing and streamlining its management. The project means that existing processes should be revised and developed to create a more responsive organization that can better manage current and futureChallenges. This includes a survey of current routines and processes, followed by a systematic revision and development to ensure that the management is sustainable and innovative. The assignment shall result in a basis for an information management plan for the general administration on AlandLandscape Government.
