- The object of the procurement is expert work. Consulting services are divided into their own sub-areas: consulting services that require experience in rail transport sub-areas 1-3 and consulting services that do not require experience in rail transport sub-areas 4-12.
Task areas for sub-areas requiring railway experience conte.g. for drawing up industry reports and definitions for railways, researching operating models and processes and technologies and planning implementation, drafting and implementing various project plans and projects, evaluating and testing technological solutionsand for the development and evaluation of alternative solutions. Other possible task areas include preparing tenders and procurements and assisting in them, as well as tasks related to project management. The object of the acquisition is project management and expert services related to railways.
