The background of the acquisition at VTT is an ambitious goal of renewing their information systems over the next few years (eg HCM, PPM and ERP), and to be involved in new types of business projects (eg Kvanttinova, Materiahub). Acquisition is subject to internal development such as the above mentioned abovePurchase of related expert services.
